  • Whenever you feel ready!

Exercise in pregnancy is beneficial no matter the gestation, however, what does matter is whether you were an active person prior to pregnancy.

This class is a medium intensity workout, making it safe for women who are already moderately active.

If you did not prior to pregnancy exercise to a moderate intensity, a big change in activity levels in the early stages of pregnancy can be a bit too much of an adjustment. If this is you, I would suggest building up a good level of activity (e.g. walks/low intensity workouts) and then join us when you feel ready.

If you have any questions, please get in touch here.

  • Individual Class:

    £15 per class

    Block Booking:

£55 (£5 off) for 4 classes that can be used at any time.

  • Every week is different so if you have purchased a block booking (4 weeks) or consecutive weeks, you will enjoy a variety of classes.

I will always start with a warm-up and finish with a cool-down, followed by pelvic floor exercises and diaphragmatic breathing (all really important when pregnant).

Throughout the class, you will come across a mixture of cardio, light equipment & body weight movements.

Please don’t worry about adjustments you may need, every woman and pregnancy is different, we will make any appropriate changes to the movements depending on what works for you.
