About Me.
Hello, I’m Lottie Holder.
In 2018, I became a qualified midwife, embarking on a journey that would ignite a passion for top quality and individualised care for women in the perinatal period. Throughout my three years of training, I realised that women often lacked the vital support they needed during their pregnancy and postnatal journey. This inspired me to step outside the hospital walls and offer support ‘in the field’, leading me to create Bloom!
Having always been passionate about fitness and recognising the incredible benefits of exercise during pregnancy, I first obtained my qualification as a pre and postnatal fitness instructor. Since then, I have been holding weekly antenatal and postnatal fitness classes in Bury St Edmunds.
I went on to study full-time as an antenatal educator and breastfeeding counsellor which now takes up a significant portion of my time. I offer support in various settings, including engaging group sessions in beautiful public spaces, personalised one-to-one sessions in the comfort of clients' homes, and convenient Zoom sessions for those seeking flexibility with their schedules.
In addition to my role as a Fitness Instructor and Antenatal Educator, I also work as a Private Maternity Nurse, where I live in families’ homes and support them in the care of their little ones. Whether it’s supporting new parents with feeding, sleep, routine, or simply an extra pair of hands, I’m there to help parents transition into parenthood and baby to comfortably settle into their new world.
With Bloom, my ultimate goal is to provide a nurturing and safe environment where mothers and birthing partners can participate in informative, enjoyable, and empowering classes.
Should you require any further information, please get in touch. I hope to welcome you into the world of Bloom!
